We’re thrilled to announce that Leila Kuliev has been promoted to Team Lead for List Fulfillment here at MMI Direct!

If you’ve worked with us over the years, there’s a good chance Leila has had a hand in making your projects run smoothly. Leila joined MMI Direct in 1999 as a Data Conversion Specialist and has served as a Senior Data Analyst since 2009, where she’s been a driving force behind the accuracy, speed, and attention to detail our clients have come to expect.

In her new role, Leila will lead our List Fulfillment team — overseeing the day-to-day execution of list rental fulfillment, list hygiene, data enhancement, and eblast services, while ensuring every job gets the strategic, detail-driven treatment that sets MMI Direct apart. Anyone who has worked in direct response marketing knows that timelines can shift in an instant, and when they do, you need a team that can deliver fast without sacrificing quality. With Leila at the helm, our clients can count on exactly that.

What makes Leila such a natural fit for this role isn’t just her deep technical expertise but her commitment to understanding each client’s goals before the work begins.
