We are located in the United States and we will process your personal information in the United States.
If you are located outside of the United States, your personal information will be transferred and stored in the United States. MMI Direct enters into standard contractual clauses with its vendors and customers where appropriate.

We may send you email or other communications regarding our products and services. Certain mechanisms may allow you to send web browser signals, known as “Do Not Track” signals, indicating your choice to disable tracking on the Website. We do not respond to browser do not track signals at this time. We may not be aware of or able to honor and respond to every such mechanism. Data we receive as part of a contract with any of our customers is controlled by our customer. This is because we only process that data as requested by our customers and at the direction of our customers.

We do not control your personal information which was collect by our customers and shared with us and, therefore, we are not in position to address those kinds of requests.
